Project management and engineering design
Providing comprehensive project management services from design to final delivery including planning, scheduling, cost control and quality. Performing basic and detailed engineering design of industrial telecommunications, public address (PA/GA), intercom, F&G and LAN networks systems in accordance with IEC, EN54 and ATEX standards.
Supply of engineering equipment and items
Procurement of equipment from reputable global manufacturers with ATEX, IECEx and ISO certifications. Procurement management, quality control of items, review of technical documents and coordination with third party inspection companies (TPI) until delivery to the project site.
Production and assembly of industrial equipment
Design and manufacture of telecommunication and safety equipment such as industrial and explosion-proof telephones, intercoms, SIP amplifiers, and call stations. Each ALAST product is engineered and assembled according to project requirements, ensuring full technical compatibility between locally manufactured and imported components.
Installation, testing and commissioning
Carrying out installation, cabling, functional testing and commissioning of systems at the project site. Performing FAT and SAT tests, setting final parameters and preparing As-Built documentation for final delivery of the system.
Training and technical support
Conducting specialized training courses for operators and maintenance teams. Providing training documentation (O&M Manuals) and technical support in person or remotely during system operation.
After-sales service and system maintenance
Providing support services, periodic services, supplying spare parts and renovating installed equipment. Implementing preventive maintenance programs to maintain stable performance and extend the life of equipment.
